Why I built Author OS
I built NORM Author OS because I was tired of fighting the way my brain works.
My ideas don't arrive in perfect chapters. They arrive in conversations, illustrations, sermons, therapy sessions, late-night insights, and voice notes. I don't need help having ideas — I need help organizing them. So I created the tool I always wished existed: one that lets me think naturally, capture ideas instantly, organize them into a coherent structure, and transform them into books, presentations, courses, and talks — all without losing my voice.
Along the way, I realized millions of other people face the same challenge. They're not short on wisdom; they're overwhelmed by it. Their ideas stay trapped in journals, hard drives, and unfinished manuscripts because they lack a system that matches how they think. NORM Author OS was built for those people.
Because the world doesn't need another AI-written book. It needs your story, in your voice.
